in the name of the father

this movie is about a small time thief from belfast, gerry conlon. he and the people he is whit has no good reputation, but they have never done something really bad. then a pub blows up and kills several innocent people and gerry and his "gang" is at the place and they get arrested and get sentenced from 12 years to life time in prison, in prison gerry and his father fights to prove their innocense. his father who has been sick most of his life die in prison after abput 10 years. in the end gerrys lawyer get the court to look at his case on more time and this time all the people involved get set free, and they discover some corruption between some high ranking men in the jury and law system, in the end garry goes out of the court room were all the press people stands and shouts in to a camera "as long as the people who really did this are walking free i will fight, in the name om my father i will fight" or something.
i liked this movie a lot and would recomend it to anyone.

mice and men

mice and men is a book about george and lennie, its written by nobel prize winner
john steinbeck, george and lennie is two friends who are both ranchers who travels toghether.
george is like the smart leader, and lennie is a more simpel minded
follower. togheterf they travel aroud the country to look for work , but
every place they go and every place they got to work lennie would get them
in trouble and force them to leave theur city and be on the run.
in the book you can read about friendship, and how their friendship get put trough different tests.
all in all its a good book.

john steinbeck

john steinbeck, full name john ernst steinbeck was born in salinas USA in 1902, he was one of the most famous succesfull writers in the 20th century and in 1961 he got the nobel price, he graduated from salinas high school in 1919, and was from 1919 to 1925 student at the stanford university, he did not take the eksam. he has wrote many world famous books after that.
